I've tried 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\WINWORD.EXE' /a and it actually opens the program, but when I open up one of my word documents, it freezes the program. The essentials for individuals to get it all done.
When I turn on Word, Excel, Powerpoint, or OneNote, the splash screen would appear and stay there and nothing will happen. I did everything I could to improve the performance speed for it (uninstalled programs I didn't need, deleted unwanted files, Disk Clean Up, scanned Disk for errors, Disk defragment, scanned for spyware/adware/viruses, clean registry, blocked some programs from starting when Vista is turned on) and for some reason, Microsoft office stopped working well. Does that mean I have to buy another Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007?Īnother problem I have with it is my new laptop was horrible laggy when I tried playing games on it (MapleStory, Audition, etc.). It says I need to enter the 25 character product key, so I looked on the bottom of my laptop and I copied down the 25 character product key and entered it in, but it did not work.
